Gerry Donnelly began her career in the business in 1961. She accepted an after-school position when she was a senior student at St. Hubert’s High School in Northeast Philadelphia and learned the business from the ground floor up! Gerry is proud of her success story: she started as a Gal Friday, became a partner in the business, and today is the owner of the company.

Wendy Ivins, Office Manager

Wendy became part of the Barnell office team in 2007. Her initial job was covering the order desk. With her experience, education and grasp of computer science, Wendy took on the formidable task of bringing Barnell’s technology programs and systems into the 21st century. Because of her great people and organizational skills, her ability to manage employees, customers and vendors, Wendy quickly advanced to the position of Office Manager.

Andrea Ivins, Administrative Assistant

Andrea joined the company in 2011. Her transition into the Barnell “family” was easy, as she is Wendy’s sister. Andrea has earned the title “Queen of the Order Desk”. Her excellent organizational and customer service skills have made her an invaluable member of our team. When you call our office, you will most likely be greeted by Andrea’s warm and friendly “hello” … and know that you are in good hands.
